Every school day, organised.

Edunory brings attendance, teacher timetables, tuition billing and school letters into one app. Your office no longer retypes paper records at the end of every day.

Built for primary and secondary schools. Import your whole student list from a spreadsheet in one go.

The work that's still done by hand

The admin tasks that take up most of the school office's and form tutors' time, and what changes with Edunory.

TaskThe old wayWith Edunory
Student attendance Paper registers filled in per class, then typed into a spreadsheet Students scan a QR code and each class register builds itself
Tuition fees Payments checked one by one in the ledger Monthly invoices are created automatically, with paid and overdue status for every student
Enrolment certificates Student details retyped for every request Details fill in from the student record, numbering is automatic and the archive is searchable
Timetables Clashes only discovered once a teacher is already in class Teacher and room clashes are flagged while the timetable is built
Teaching journals Paper journals collected at the end of the month, often lost Teachers log each lesson after class, and the principal sees progress by class

This one minute video follows a school day, from importing students to the afternoon dashboard. Pick a part to jump straight to it.

A school day with Edunory

Each module is used at a different hour, by a different person. This is how a day runs.

  1. Morning greetings

Personal messages, rotating words of encouragement or school notices land in each student's inbox at the time, day and class you choose. Holidays are skipped automatically.

The student view is currently an admin preview.

  2. QR attendance

Students scan a QR code as they arrive. Form tutors see who is missing straight away, without waiting for the paper register to come back.

  3. Teacher attendance

Teacher attendance is recorded separately from students, so reports for the school board don't have to be put together by hand.

  4. Teaching timetable

Every teacher sees today's timetable. Teacher and room clashes were already flagged when the timetable was built at the start of term.

  5. Teaching journal and learning pipeline

After the lesson, teachers note what they covered and anything that happened in class. Each class's topics move along the pipeline from not started to done.

  6. School letters

Requests for enrolment certificates are handled with student details filled in automatically. Drafts, previews, numbering, a searchable archive, PDF export and CSV export of the archive are all included.

  7. Tuition billing and reminders

Monthly invoices are created for every student. Finance staff see who has paid and who is overdue, and payment reminders are scheduled and logged.

Automatic reminder delivery to parents is coming soon.

  8. Class reports and school dashboard

The day's attendance, journals and payments come together in class reports. The principal reads the summary on the dashboard instead of asking the office for it.

How schools get started

  1. A demo with the Edunory team

We walk through the modules that suit your school, and you can ask how they fit the way things run today.

  2. Import your students

Upload the spreadsheet you already have. Nobody has to retype records one by one.

  3. Set up classes, timetables and fees

Classes, teaching timetables and fee amounts are set once at the start. Clashes show up straight away.

  4. Start QR attendance

Share the QR codes with students, and your first attendance report is ready the same day.
