School administration solution

School administration software: review your workflow

Edunory demonstrates administration workflows through one fictional school. Review sample student records, attendance, tuition records and school letters, then discuss feasibility for your team. A demo does not confirm production readiness.

When school records need to be reconciled

Student lists, attendance and payments may be recorded in different places. Before preparing a summary, staff need to check that identities, classes and reporting periods match.

An attendance or payment correction needs a clear explanation so the next staff member can review it. Copying figures without checking does not resolve differences between records.

School letters need correct identities and a review before issue. These situations support a workflow assessment; they are not usage statistics or claims of savings.

An example workflow with fictional records

  1. 1. Check the student register

Staff review a sample student list and import column mapping. Check duplicates and preview results before saving changes during practice.

  2. 2. Review attendance records

In the demo, staff scan student QR cards. Check identities, recording times and correction reasons; agree a fallback procedure before operational use.

  3. 3. Reconcile invoices and payment records

Finance staff review example invoices, partial payments, balances and receipts. Recording a payment is not receiving funds or providing a payment gateway.

  4. 4. Review a draft letter

School office staff review drafts, numbering, archives and printable documents with sample identities. The content still needs checking before issue.

What you can review in the demo

Implementation and local checks with fictional records support the following workflows. Local evidence is not the same as an implementation test at a customer school.

Student records and imports

Evidence within the demo scope: CSV/Excel mapping, previews, duplicate checks and confirmation of changes are present in the locally tested demo workflow.

Limits to consider: No production capacity or Dapodik synchronisation is promised.

Student QR attendance

Evidence within the demo scope: Local checks cover recording scans, preventing repeated scans and corrections that require an explanation.

Limits to consider: Devices, field procedures and operational readiness need assessment; no GPS, biometrics or offline operation is promised.

Tuition records

Evidence within the demo scope: The demo workflow covers invoices, partial payments, balances and receipts.

Limits to consider: This is not a funds collection service; external WhatsApp/email reminders are not enabled.

School letters

Evidence within the demo scope: Local checks cover drafts, numbered issue, archives and preparation of printable documents.

Limits to consider: This does not promise certified electronic signatures or automation of every document.

Operational feasibility needs separate evidence

Questions to bring to a consultation

Common questions

Does a demo mean the app is ready for my school?

No. Review workflows with fictional records, assess operational requirements and confirm a written scope before deciding on implementation.

Do the plans include the same features or progressively more features?

Plan scope is confirmed through consultation. Names and prices are not evidence that specific features are available or automatically included; see the pricing page for the current terms.

Does opening WhatsApp confirm a booked demo?

No. The link opens a conversation for a consultation. Visitors still need to send a message and receive confirmation; a click is not proof of a received lead or an agreed appointment.
