EDUNORY

Terms & Conditions

Version 5 November 2026

Understand the terms of using Edunory before choosing a service for your school.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms cover the edunory.cv website and Edunory school administration services. Visitors may browse and request a demo without purchasing a plan. A subscription starts after an authorised school representative accepts a quotation and the agreed activation process. Contact Edunory before accepting a quotation if anything is unclear.

2. Plans and feature availability

Starter, Growth and Pro are plan names for discussing requirements. Enterprise is a consultation option, not a promise of additional features, capacity, integrations or special support. No production capacity or support for multiple schools has been verified within the demo scope. Assess feasibility and agree a written scope before implementation.

3. Authority and account security

The school appoints a service administrator and gives each user access appropriate to their role. Users must protect credentials, avoid sharing accounts without authorisation and report suspected unauthorised access through official contacts. The school should update permissions when staff or user responsibilities change.

4. Pricing, payments and plan changes

Minimum 6-month commitment — billed monthly. All paid Edunory plans have a minimum subscription term of 6 months. Prices are stated per month; payments are made each month during that minimum commitment, not automatically six months upfront. Enterprise is consultative, with a starting price and final scope confirmed in a quotation. Requesting a consultation does not create a subscription, payment or automatic debit. Scope is confirmed through consultation before agreement. This update does not establish cancellation penalties, automatic renewal or new refund terms.

5. Tuition records and school documents

The school determines and checks tuition amounts, payment recipients, discounts, tuition refunds and document contents. Recording a transaction in Edunory does not make Edunory the recipient of tuition funds. Schools must verify payments, bank details, student records and letters before use or issue. The demo does not enable external message delivery. Payment integrations have not been verified and are not promised on this page.

6. School records and personal data protection

The school must have a lawful basis for collecting and entering records, including parental or guardian consent for children’s data as required by law. Individuals retain their personal data rights. Uploading records does not transfer ownership to Edunory. Use is limited to service delivery, authorised support, security and legal obligations. Access, storage, processing and supporting providers must be agreed for the school’s needs and comply with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Do not send passwords or entire databases through general contact channels.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service for lawful school activities. Do not upload unlawfully obtained records, retrieve data without authority, distribute malicious software, disrupt the service or use another person’s identity without permission. Coordinate security testing that may affect the system with Edunory in advance.

8. Brand and service materials

Edunory names, logos, designs, code and materials are protected by applicable rights. A subscription grants use within the agreed scope rather than ownership of the software. Schools must obtain any permissions required for third-party materials in their records.

9. Support, interruptions and data copies

Support channels, service hours, backup scope and recovery targets follow the quotation or service agreement. This page does not promise uninterrupted service or a particular availability percentage. Schools should keep copies using available export tools and check their completeness. Report interruptions with sufficient information without disclosing unnecessary personal data.

10. Access restrictions and service termination

Schools may request cancellation or decline renewal through official contacts. The access end date and settlement follow the agreement. Access may be restricted to address security threats, unlawful activity or unfulfilled obligations; reasons and resolution steps will be communicated where possible. Before account closure, schools should coordinate exports, retention and deletion. Do not assume a retention or recovery period without written confirmation; legal retention obligations still apply.

11. Review of results and responsibility

Edunory assists administration; educational decisions, official letters and payment obligations still require school review. Each party’s responsibility is assessed against agreed obligations, the cause of loss and applicable law. These terms do not remove user rights or provider obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Updates, governing law and resolving concerns

This information was updated on 6 November 2026. Material changes to active service terms will be notified in advance through the school contact or agreed service channels. Updates to this page do not unilaterally replace a current written quotation. Indonesian law applies; raise concerns with Edunory first to seek a resolution. If unresolved, the parties may use dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.

13. Contact Edunory

For questions about terms, quotations, complaints or data requests, contact the Edunory team. Include your school name and request; do not include credentials or sensitive data.
